Law firm O’Flynn Exhams has appointed Colm Manning as a partner in corporate, M&A and commercial.

Colm rejoins Cork-based OFX, having previously worked with the firm in 2014. In the interim, he held senior positions including consultant, partner and corporate and commercial solicitor roles with law firms William Fry, BDM Boylan and RDJ.

Colm specialises in advising company directors and shareholders on M&A, private equity, corporate finance transactions, and commercial contracts. He brings expertise in structuring and implementing employee share and long-term incentive programmes having previously been head of that service offering in another top-tier Irish firm.

A Dublin native, he is a graduate of UCD in Law, and holds a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from New South Wales University, Sydney, Australia. He qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has been based in Cork since 2014.
