Mallow-based auctioneer Liam Mullins is offering a holding that straddles the border between Cork, Tipperary and Waterford, close to the village of Araglin.
The 62.5-acre farm is a 15-minute drive from the M8, so there should be a good level of interest from a wide range of suitors at a time when all good workable land is in demand.
