A free guide featuring 17 scenic walking, wheeling and woodland trails across East Cork and Cork Harbour has been launched by SECAD.

The Keep Moving in Nature guide features attractions such as Fota House, Arboretum and Gardens, the Midleton to Youghal Greenway, forest strolls through Glenbower, Marlogue and Castlemartyr, and coastal hikes along Ballycotton and Knockadoon Cliff Walks, and promotes easy, local adventures for all ages and abilities.
