Cork engineering consultancy Fehily Timoney and Company has won the Engineering Excellence Awards Project of the Year for its design work on the €215m Dunkettle Interchange.

Fehily Timoney and Company, based on Pouladuff Rd, claimed the award from the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI). The firm was the lead consultant on the €215m Dunkettle Interchange Upgrade scheme for its design to alleviate congestion and streamline traffic flow at a point where four national roads meet.
