Ballyvolane upgrades could re-ignite €2.6m 28ac Arderrow land sale

AGENTS are hoping for renewed interest in a €2.6m parcel of land in the Cork city suburb of Ballyvolane as two nearby housing developments near completion and proposals for an improved road infrastructure emerge.

The land, at Arderrow, is next to two unfolding  schemes, by Longview Estates and the O’Flynn Group, which between them will deliver more than 1,000 homes.
