Plans to revamp a series of protected buildings in the centre of Cork City have been refused by An Bord Pleanála.

Holren Properties Limited initially applied to Cork City Council for permission for works at 9A, 10, 11, 12 and 13 Castle Street, and 1 to 7 Paradise Place.
