Plans for 18 new homes at the former Mount Saint Joseph orphanage in Passage West have been appealed to An Bord Pleanála.

Parson Developments Limited got the green light from Cork County Council to construct 18 semi-detached homes and the restoration and change of use at the site of the former Mount Saint Joseph orphanage at Black Road, Passage West in January.
