Cork City's new CEO Valerie O'Sullivan addressed business leaders on Wednesday saying the council would develop a Cork Futures Group modelled on the Dublin City Taskforce which joins organisations together to make the city safer and more welcoming.

Speaking at a Cork Business Association (CBA) event, Ms O'Sullivan outlined her vision and priorities for the coming year.  She was joined by her senior management team with the group taking part in a Q&A session with CBA members.
